Our team
Gregory J. Smith
has specialized in bankruptcy protection as well as bankruptcy solutions since 1988. He graduated with honors from U.C. Berkley in 1981. He also graduated (order of the Coif and Am. Jr honors) from U.O.P. McGeorge Law School in 1984 and 1985 (J.D. and L.L.M. in tax law).
Terry J. Bergin
has been serving the public in the preparation of legal documents since November 1989. He is a registered Legal Document Assistant and is registered/bonded with the county under LDA 2001-11 and 02-001. Born and raised in the county of San Mateo, CA.
